Antonella, also known by her spiritual name Livtar Kaur, has known from an early age the importance of staying active and moving the body to building strength, releasing stress, and pushing beyond our self-perceived limits. She has been studying and practicing yoga for the last 9 years.
Antonella is a Certified Kundalini and Hatha Yoga teacher. She likes to give students a physical work-out to prepare the body for meditation. “I have profound respect for this technology and science because it really works. My teaching style is a blend of energizing postures drawing from Hatha and Kundalini yoga styles, as well as breathing exercises and meditation to induce relaxation, inner peace, and physical strength.
Throughout class, I facilitate the students experience by sharing wisdom and creating an environment that encourages a deeper mind-body awareness. Yoga is a mirror of what happens in life. We practice in class, and step by step bring it into our lives. It is my goal to help as many people as I can to heal from spiritual and energetic blocks that we carry as a result of past experiences.”
